Welcome to YT..glad to have you here...depending on your area is how prices are really determined...but for $1700 that is a bit steep unless there are tons of CH in the line...jmo!
make sure you are able to see the parents...the kennel...other dogs in the area....if the breeder refuse to let you come to her home to see the puppies and parents i would walk the other way! |
