I am so sorry your going through this, I can't imagine how hard and painful this is for you both

She is only 4 so it's hard. Are you sure there isn't something bothering her, sometimes kids wont tell cause they get scared, like maybe someone is bullying her?
I know it's a long shot, but I thought I would ask.
I do also wash my hands a lot, but not to that extent.
Sweet little baby is only 4 so it must be so hard and I mean you can't put a 4yr old on medication, I wouldn't anyway.
I think your a great mom and so patient . I think counseling would for sure help her and with your love and guidance maybe make this OCD manageable .
