[B] Hi. I had the same problem. Originally had been using the wet swifter and over time it left a film. This is what I did and now it is great. I (on my hands and knees used just water). I did this a few times until I knew all the film was off. After I dried it and then used Bruce's Floor cleaner for laminates. It worked perfect. Now all I do is damp mop it with a terry cloth towel and let it air dry. I do this a few times a week and then once a week I use Bruce's Floor cleaner for laminates. It is perfect. Just like new again.
