Gentle Leader Makes a citronella collar. Pet Smart has them. Our neighbor at the lake used them with her Min Schnauzer and it was safe and effective! Sorry but I would be one of those neighbors complaining if the barking is excessive. I mean no disrespect and I would never ask you to get rid of your dog! However, We all have the right to the peaceful enjoyment of our own home.
