what a beautiful little girl you have. my yorkie girl is named Angel too. did you see both parents? did they both have their ears up?
how old is your baby? sometimes the ears need a little help by a certain age. I taped my girls at 8 weeks and they stayed up. I was impatient though becasue her mothers ears were 'down' ears and I wanted Angel's UP. I know "scrapindee" tapes her pups ears and has pictures that show how to do it. She'll hopefully reply to this for you too.
