I don't know anyone near you and my Geography is shocking....but the Kennel club website has a "Find a puppy"; I'd still ask rigorous questions the same as any breeder, though.
You can also try a couple of rescues, they are often looking in Scotland when the dogs come up there, there are a couple of Yorkie/small dog rescues. You don't often get young pups, though, usually a bit older. If you want a real baby one, you will probably need to find a breeder.
