Thanks everyone! Im just so concerned at how bad Charlie's gotten. During walks, when he sees other dogs - he gets sooooo excited. Its not good because with time, that will turn into aggression. He;s usually NEVER excited when he sees other dogs.
He now still pees everywhere. He doesnt even try sniffing the ground first (he used to do it to smell his wee wee pad)!! What is wrong with him??? Ugh!!
And he barks! Ah I feel like Im back to square one and helpless.
