Too bad YT just can't keep her on "retainer" , she has about 10 clients here! I decided on that dose bc on Only Natural they said to give 1-2 capsules to a 25 lb. dog; so, since Marcel is about 3 lbs - I'd want to give about 1/8th a capsule to start, so I'll use it approx. over a week's time. I'm guessing it'll be about a "pinch".
I too have tried Benadryl w/ him this last week and it really doesn't touch him at all, it's weird. I asked his new vet about it and she said it's her experience that Benadryl rarely helps dogs...so I guess that's what she sees. It probably works for some though. He isn't really itching much at all - his main symptom is chewing at his paws and runny/gunky eyes. | Jamie has the runny/gunky eyes and an itchy face (not his body, just his face). Today is just horrible. Pollen is at 10.6 here! I tried to convince Jamie to go inside on a potty pad so that we could avoid taking him outside when I know pollen is really bad, but he just hates it. He'll just hold it inside. So I had to take him out. When I brought him back in he was rubbing his little face all over the blanket in his area and pawing at his face. I gave him some benadryl which usually helps some after he gets over having to take it.
Jamie weighs just a tad more than Marcel so I can't wait to see how this works for him. I really want to find something that makes my baby feel better.
