Don't think about this yet, just grieve for Millie. I lost Tink this year, but I was lucky she had a full 16 years... The feeling of betrayal gets less and you may find you want another pup and it could be sooner than you think.
Often I still cry, I did when I came back from the breeder yesterday. But you will come to know that you are not replacing her (you never could), that you are moving on to have another pooch. All of those things you mention, I now look forward to experiencing with another dog in a different way than I did with my first Yorkie. She is still forever in my heart, never to be forgotten.
