Oh that's bad .... you need to act fast
I'd get him to a trainer quick
but what you could do in the meantime is whenever he's getting into a situation where you know he's going to bark
... distract him

get him to focus on something that you know will grab his attention
treats are the usual thing

and a good way to use a treat is hold it inside your hand
and let him try to get it while the action is going by that makes him bark

when the threat is over give him the treat ... and a Good Boy!
