You need to chill. All she's saying is that it looks like you'd be happy that your dog is alive and not dead. People do opt to put their dog down when money is an issue (you said it is). The vet gave good news that the illness was not unto death
If I couldn't afford treatment I'd gladly give the dog a chance with the vet.
