I say 6 foot stockade!! I don't know what to say. What would I do??? I don't know. Maybe some tall bushes so they can't see into your yard. Maybe a small fence or edging also so your guys can't get near the fence. This is terrible that you can't even enjoy your yard without these kids bothering you. Good luck!
