Is someone home with him and not supervising him or is he (dare I say it?) HOME ALONE?
Is he getting enough attention and play time?
Is he gated so that he can only be in certain rooms?
I suppose there are lots of questions, because without a whole picture no one can say exactly what the problem is here.
