I would change his diet to a grain free diet, like Natures Variety, Innova Evo or some other High quality food without grains and take it from there.I also give my Harry boy who used to suffer from itchy skin and is now on Innova Evo regular shampoos with medicated oatmeal shampoo and follow with the matching conditioner, every little bit helps.
