poor little Teagan! So sad...he wasn't even born like this, & it could've been fixed...I'm mad at the person who did this to him!!
Is he in pain? I hope he's not. Why is he whimpering like that? Maybe cuz he wants to move but he can't & he had to pee.
I hope the doctors can fix him up. I'll check yorkierescue.com tomorrow so I can donate too.
