my yorkies don't get car sick but i used to have a pekingese and he got carsick ALL the time. he's start getting the foamy mouth and look for a place to throw up in the car after 5 seconds of being in the car without the car even moving! i had to give him 2cc's of benadryl 30 minutes before each car ride and he'd be fine. you should ask your vet though
