Although, if Ms. Strecky is a good breeder, maybe you should be the one to tell her that having small puppies out side in cages....anytime in the cold ....is a bad idea....and not to sale them at yard sales, if she cares where her babies go after they leave her. It takes more then producing beautiful puppies to be a good breeder. If you want to help her out in saving her reputation, inform her that this isnt want good breeders do.
