I have RLS too. I've found that a calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplement every day helps me. I usually don't have any problems but once in a while it flares up and I just go and take a supplement. Within 20 minutes my legs relax and I'm fine. I just get my supplement at Walmart and it's just one pill. You might want to try it.
