I have had RLS as long as I can remember. Meds like tylenol or other otcs didn't affect it whenever I would get it, it really affected my sleep for a long time. For me a hot bath or hot shower relaxes my legs enough to where I can relax and fall asleep. I have found that eating bananas (for the potassium) has helped reduce having it. Also stress seems to trigger it in me, everyone is different. Just know that you are not alone. |
