No, I don't think most contain alcohol, but some do. This is not the kind of alcohol that can be ingested though. Grain alcohol, is the kind that we drink, but the kind in lotions, such as Vaseline Intensive Care is isopropyl alcohol, also known as rubbing alcohol, while it has bacterial killing properties, it's not suitable for ingestion, and a small amount can cause brain damage. I'm not sure if it could harm a dog, if licked because much of the alcohol would evaporate when you put it on your skin. If you are using a lotion with alcohol, you might want to allow it to thoroughly dry before your dog is allowed to lick you.
