Sounds like a purebred Yorkie to me!!! Oh, aren't they just crazy!?! If only I could bottle some of that energy up and use it myself! Or atleast have them help clean the house! Anyway, I'd suggest never chasing....they do think it's fun. That is the first thing I teach my family.....never chase a puppy. I would use a treat. Give him a piece of it when he comes to you and another piece once you have very calmly placed him in his crate. I'd say "Crate, good boy" several times as he is eating his second piece of the treat.
