i don't think she will find a female puppy for under 800. She should try a rescue... there are many yorkie rescues with dogs who need a loving home and usually have a very reasonable adoption fee- 100-300 dollars.
Also- yorkies are a very expensive breed- usually coming with extra costs that larger breeds dont' have- so perhaps if she is on a budget- this breed is not for her...
