Maggie is 5 months old and "fell" or "jumped" trying to get at something interesting on our coffee table. I took her to the emergency vet hospital and after xrays, she doesn't have a broken bone or popped hip, just a bad sprain or muscle tear. They gave me anti-inflamitory meds and said to keep her "calm" for 5-7 days off the leg (she is running on 3, even up and down stairs if we forget to gate it!)

Any advice would be welcomed. Anyone else have a sprained leg?
