I had the same problem getting my yorkie, Max, to eat. He seemed to like baby food, specifically chicken noodle baby food. After I got him to eat, spoon by spoon, I then mixed rice into the baby food and he really chowed down. After 2 months, he decided to try the dog food. Thankfully he is continually eating the dog food and I haven't had any other problems.
