Pet stores, get their puppies from puppymills, that is a known fact. There are plenty of people on puppyfind that are NOT puppymills. |
There use to be smaller pet stores, and I believe at one time, these pet stores did buy from local small breeders. As pet stores became national, they also contracted out to larger commercial breeders. I'm not against commercial breeders as long as the kennel conditions are good/great, they are breeding to standard, and they do health screening. I'm against people buying any dog without going to the kennels. I am also against breeders selling a dog without thoroughly investigating buyers.
How do you know which people on puppyfind are not puppy mills? How do you know they are not a brokers for puppy mills? There just seems to be a huge double standard.
