One of my little males who is a year old, still gets carsick. From advice here, I give him 1/2 of a "Bonnie" tablet. It's for us (humans) and similar to dramamine, but doesn't make him drowsy. My little man is a whopping 8.5 lbs, so check with your vet on the doseage. Given about 15- 20 mins before we start out, he does fine. Good luck.
