It just may have the opposite effect, hopefully.
If people are loosing jobs, homes and giving up the pet's they
already have and can't afford, why would other's want to pay 1,000.00 and over for a Yorkie from a pet store? That would be the last thing on
someone's list if money is tight I would think. |
