Reagan is just the opposite. She loves the rain, as long as it isn't too cold, and hates her bath. She behaves well during her baths but you can tell she is longing for it to be over. Like ldenise, I also give Reagan a bath whenever she needs it. However she needs it about once or twice a week, which is probobably a lot more often than most. She gets dirty everytime we go out, and when I say dirty I mean dirty. She plays in water, mud, dirt, whatever she can find. I try to make it just once a week though, here lately we've even gone a little longer.
