you saw this - I was JUST thinking of your Lilly's struggles w/ allergies the other day and wondered how it was going. Basically, I'm going to use 1 capsule over about a week's time (the bottle will last forEVER, lol). There are 90 capsules per bottle. From there, I'll see how it goes. Isn't it interesting?
The most important thing to know is to give 1hr before or after a meal - and DON'T give w/ animal fat. In other words, give w/ a bit of peanut butter, apple sauce etcetera.
