I think you need to find owners that have Cushings dogs that have/and have not treated with the lysodren/anipryl or other chemo drugs to really get a good answer.
Go check out that forum I posted in my other post
The treatments can be brutal, and I think it is a personal decision whether to treat or not and what the risks/benefits are.
You won't know if he has cushings if they don't do all the necessary testing.
Only you can decide (with the help of your vet) what is right for
your dog.
Your dog may have symptoms of something other than cushings
