He needs to have blood work done or bile acid test. Yorkies are picky eaters, but they can also have liver shunts, if he does the meat is not good because he can't break down the protein. I just found out my baby has a liver shunt, she has surgery April 2. Please check for a liver shunt. Blood work can tell you if his liver enzymes are high, then you can get a bile acids test done if they are high, if not then it is just picky eating.
