Well, I did end up getting the Sojos Grain-free & returned the Innova Red Meat. I read some online about the heat/hot foods - but I found conflicting info. One vet definitely said go grain free. Another said a hot food was turkey - but elsewhere I saw this wasn't true. My vet is closed on Monday. But I will be getting in touch with him to clarify.
