I'd try to stick to just paper training for now if I were you. I paper trained Meg, then once it was warm enough I started taking her outside. She was around 4 mo old when we started going outside. She does fine with both now.
Also, do yourself a favor and get a frame/border for the pee pads. Meg kept peeing off the side of hers and the bottom of it would get soaked. Talk about a mess to clean up. |
LOL I gave my pee pad holder to my son, because mine kept peeing on it, and it would go underneath and I was constantly having to clean it. Once in awhile one of mine will pee to close to the edge of the pad now, but, if the pad is still pretty clean, I just wipe the floor and bottom of the pad up.
