Hi, I have RLS. My legs usually just bother me at night. It's a miserable feeling but not exactly an ache. The feeling is hard to describe, but when you lay in bed, you just have to keep moving your legs, it feels all pins and needles and just a strong need to move your legs. Sometimes if I get up and stretch them--kind of like you stretch before running--it helps. It doesn't bother me every night, just now and then and I have no clue what brings it on
