Guess I am a bit off because I like the taste...not that I would drink it everyday if it wasn't so good for you but I don't mind the taste. I put my Bragg's in a lot of things...salad dressings, to make homemade pickles...and it is good to put in boiled cabbage to reduce the gas factor...
