Hey guys.. this question is actually pertaining to my teeny tiny 11ounce Chihuahua, Callie (She has gained an ounce!!! )
I had to have her boarded this weekend while I went out of town. I felt like a nut toting all her stuff into the vets - lol - her heated pet bed, her 2 blankets, 2 toys and her own feeding dishes and food.... when I picked her up, they said she had not been eating very good but they had given her Nutri Stat. She threw up several times yesterday and it was brown -- this happened when I first got her and was told to give her Nutri Stat as a supplement. I am wondering if this could be causing her to throw up? Could she have been given too much? Is that possible to be given too much? She shows no other signs of being sick... just the dark brown vomiting.
