Hmmmm, this thread has got me thinking again.  It seems like I am always on the hunt or the "perfect" food.  I have always been intrigued with raw but just have never done it.  I have even had a bag in my hand but I just always felt like I didn't "know" enough.  

   I guess I better read some more, although I have scoured threads on this before.   
If I add raw, do you just do it or is there a way to go slow?
