I think Courtney's got the right idea. Whatever it takes to establish yourself as pack leader.
I'm no behaviorist, but I would immediately stop giving that particular chew toy. I would find a lower-value chew toy that doesn't encourage that behavior. A nylabone, an unstuffed Kong.
Then I'd practice just like you would any trick. Give him the chew toy, then take it back. If he cooperates, praise and treat. If he doesn't, get a lower-value toy.
In fact, I would take control of all toys in the house. Put them all away. When it's play time, you hand one out and supervise the play. When play time's over, take it away. They are your toys, not his.
You definitely want to nip this in the bud. Biting and aggression toward humans is not acceptable. Yorkies can cause some serious damage with their bites.
