Is she eating anything? You may consider that stuff everyone here recommends for new puppies to keep their sugar up.
My GP had surgery for a blockage before and the vet told us the boiled chicken and rice or you can purchase some special canned dog food from the vet that's very bland for recovery after surgery...I don't remember what it's called, but I think it was Science Diet stuff. Garrett had to live on it for 2 weeks after surgery. He loved it and is hooked canned dog food w/his dry now.
I'd leave food out for her none stop until she starts eating more.
