It really bugs me too when people say things like that!
the other day i took Bria out to potty and this older man was also out there walking his dog. Bria and I were on one side of the street they were on the other side. His dog wanted to come over and say Hi to Bria but he said NOOO (whatever his dog's name was) you can't over there she will bit your ankles off
