Hi we got our little Yorkie Jasper a few wks. ago.He is now 12 wks. old.He is a little angel and has helped with our Chihuahuas.Our Chis were rescued from a Puppy Mill and were scared and timid after having the chis for about 6 months we decided we needed a puppy to show them how to be real dogs.Sure enough Jasper came in and got them acting like dogs.It is so good to see all three of them playing and chasing each other.Jasper is in Puppy school right now and will be for another 4 wks. We plan on doing local Dog shows with him.We never thought about doing this we just wanted another furbaby to love but Jasper thrives on showing off.He has a cute little walk and is so smart.He is already way ahead of all the other dogs in the class.He comes on comand he knows his name very well.He also knows sit,stay,lay, and come.We are using the clicker technique with him and praise him with liver snaps from the Pet Boutique where he is taking his classes.He entetains us and does really well with our kids and the other dogs.He definatley brigns joy in our life.We hope by joining this forum we will become friends with other Yorkie lovers.
