I just sent you a pm but you just answered my questions so try this.

When you wake up take the pup for a walk outside for 15 min feed breakfast before you leave just bring outside for a quick pee when you place her in the crate leave her a toy and a blanket or towel (this will sound gross but put it in your hamper so it smells like you this will be comforting) remember nude baby only in the crate when you come home for lunch first thing take ouside to pee or place on pee pad depending on what you want to do eat lunch play try to get to pee one more time place back in crate when you get home remove from crate and take for walk again. When you are home with her do not give her free reign of the house either keep her on you or keep her leashed to you around your waste or in the crate I nevery realy liked to crate while I was home. She has to learn to respect her surroundings and you can only give small amounts of space at a time. Also make sure what ever toy you put in the crate has not removeable parts since she is so young you might want to use a puppy kong with a frozed treat. I hope all of this is making sense to you if not just ask questions either here or in a PM

PS: Dad does not have to get up that early, if he lets her out later at night she will sleep later in the morning. No worries
