My vet sells Science Diet at his office as well, but I know that vets aren't necessarily experts at dog nutrition. Also, product placement probably equals kickbacks. It doesn't make them bad vets, but keep in mind they have a business to run. I have learned so much from this site! Sorry to say, but the ingredients they use in Science Diet are mostly fillers
