wow, i know how you feel. (i think?) i don't have a rescue dog. but i have 2 rescue bunnies, they are both so cute and i love them so much. of course bunnies are not the same as dogs. so i don't really know what a dog adopted from a rescue behaves like.
also, i did adopt the bunnies when they are very young. so i think that is something you wanted. a young puppy? i think it would be wonderful if you can find a young yorkie to adopt from rescue, but do they exist?
when i was looking for my yorkie. i looked at rescues as well, but either i was really bad with the searchs, or there just aren't many available. i was not able to find any yorkies near my area. it was even hard for me to find a good breeder in my area.
i didn't know yorkietalk when i was looking for my puppy, but i think if you put a word out there that you are looking for a young yorkie to adopt from rescues, people might be able to help you if they know of any in your area.
i know when i was looking for a kitty to adopt, people on here helped me a lot. (i didn't end up adopting because fiance's allergy was just too bad) |
