I believe your puppy is going through the teething stage. This is normal behavior. It is all fun and games to her at the stage of growth. i'd advise you to buy a book on puppies, and potty training. You may consider crate training. But, need to be fully commited to training her in this method. Set a potty schedule for her, and stick to it. Buy her Bully sticks, and toys that she can chew on. If you have not done so already, puppy proof your home.
Remember that potty training is not going to happen overnight. Also, there are YT members that sale washable pads on here. They may have better ideas on what to do with training such a lively little puppy. If your little one likes to tear stuff up, then can you give her stuff that she "can" tear up, that would be acceptable? alternatives? She really needs those Bully sticks, and start rewarding her with treats when she behaves. No punishing. She does not understand that anyway. You need to be very patient.
