I have an apartment complex right across the street where there are dogs, and then kitty corner there are homes where people own dogs. It is spring time, and in Cali the weather is nice. my windows are open all the time night included. Seems like all the neighborhood dogs love to bark , especially during the night. Even my precious little Suzi has barked more often at every single little noise. Her bark is not as obnoxious thoiugh and she quits ver soon after she starts.
I tune all the barks out. I guess it comes with dog ownership. There is not much you can do to "make" a dog stop barking. Other then make certain there basic needs are met, and they are happy, and comfortable. I am not keen on leaving dogs outside all the time. However, some people do that. I just think it has to do with the weather, and dogs will be dogs .
