Ok, its finally nice out here in the frozen tundra of Minnesota. Its great to sit out and enjoy the day. Except if the neighbors dog is tied or kenneled and barks for hours!
We've got one out front, a larger dog, and one out back, a little mop dog (sorry if anyone is offended but It has made me go crazy). The owners are home, inside, Napping or what??? Come on the dogs have got to be needing water by now! Seriously, do any of you let your dogs bark and bark and bark?
