No, Nutrical is a dietary supplement that alot of small breed owners need to use for hypoglycemia. If you aren't familiar with this you might want to go to the seach button at the top of the window and type it in. These little guys can easily have a hypoglycemic attack and you may not be aware of it if you don't know what to look for. That is not to say that all Yorkies have them but it is good to be prepared.
