it is hard isn't it.... If I had to get another dog- I'd get a rescue- I know it can be a lot of work at first- but so is a puppy. I think rescues just REALLY know how to love- they've had a horrible start at life and NEED a family- a purebred puppy will always find someone to love it but rescues can stay in kennels and foster families for years- i think they just deserve a home so much more.
