Thank you so much!! Snickers is doing better but not 100% yet. We had 2 days of no messing, and alot of half days with pee'd on belly bands but we are ok with that. He still barks when we leave and cries but we stuck around 1 day outside & he quiets down pretty quick. We still give him hallway w/ babygate everyday while we are home. I also bought a collar (
.: Calming Collars :.) & it smells so good and I think that is helping as well. So yes, we are doing a TON, but it's worth it for our little man. Now we don't stress so much either and he is much happier. The daily exercise is nothing but GREAT and making sure he poops right on schedule helps a TON too. I'm glad this thread helped you...
Abbysmom--Maybe you could wake up in the middle of the night to let Abby out to pee if she is still messing at night?? Also, is her crate in your room? It helps SO much when it is. She will feel much more secure. Snick does sleep with us and we are slowly trying to transition him to the floor, so right now he is in his bed, in our bed. Thank goodness he is so tiny!!
